PRODUCTION
A variety of band-knife and vacuum-cylinder folding machines as well as winding machines for small and large rolls allow for speedy, largely customised production. Our machine park features cutting-edge technology and – thanks to relatively short change-over times – enables us to produce customised products in various formats as well as customised packaging, even for small-scale orders. Continuous monitoring and maintenance prevent unplanned outages.
PACKING
Fully automated packaging lines for rolls and folded wipes have helped Carl Hübenthal KG develop into a leader in the European wipe market thanks to the company’s partially patented packaging types and formats.
LOGISTICS
Our series of winding machines with robot-operated palletising and automated pallet-wrapping represents the first stage in our fully automated high-bay warehouse, which features a capacity of 1,800 Euro-pallets up to 2.2 metres in height. Here we use the Fifo method (first in – first out) to always keep a sufficient quantity of products in stock, which can be made ready for shipping within an average access time of approx 1. minute with a single click of the mouse.
